Arrive and feel at home... That's the feeling we aim for when welcoming our guests. We – Marlen, Sepp and Sepp jun. Seiwald – will welcome you in person and be truly glad to see you.

Our Tyrolean farm is located at the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps, surrounded by nature and with plenty of room for relaxing and playing.

Each of our 15 rooms has a welcoming flair. Wooden furniture, wooden floors and lovingly placed details invite you to unwind, read, relax or simply dream the day away.

In our "Stuben", we will treat you to culinary experiences of the highest order, as Mama Marlen will cook for you in person, serving up irresistible treats. Whether in the "Kaiserstube", "Gewölbestube" or "Habachstube", you are bound to find your favourite spot. A romantic dinner for two or a relaxed setting for all the family: Whatever your constellation, you will love it. We promise!

Indulgence is also the overarching theme of our wellness area. How about a session in our barn-style sauna with panoramic views of the Wilder Kaiser? Working up a sweat while enjoying the views of the mountains: pure regeneration for body, soul and spirit.
In summer, life here takes place mostly outdoors. We have plenty of space and an outdoor breakfast table for all our guests. Enjoy your breakfast tea or coffee with a view of the Tyrolean mountains – also greatly recommended for a leisurely glass of wine in the evening, under the stars.

And while you relax, the kids can let off steam in the  playground, try out the barefoot trail, pet our four-legged friends in the petting zoo or help Sepp junior in the barn. Everyone can do what they like best, which means that everyone is happy! Surely this is what holidays are all about?
