Hiking to the Eifersbach Waterfalls – A Perfect Summer Excursion
On a hot summer day, a hike to the Eifersbach Waterfalls is the ideal outing.
Park your car at the Eichenhoflifte parking lot and start your walk from there. Follow the trail past the Tann and Bichln farms to the Theresienbad, a spring with iron-rich water. From there, continue along the Eiferbach through the shaded forest until you reach the waterfall.
The final stretch is adventurous, as you can only reach the falls via bridges and walkways.
Once you arrive, simply let nature work its magic: the water plunges 25 metres beside you into the valley… truly impressive – or as we Tyroleans like to say: “bear-like”.
