Hornpark Climbing Forest at the Kitzbühel Horn
The Hornpark climbing forest is located at the mid-station of the St. Johann gondola at Harschbichl.
For adrenaline junkies : Hornpark offers 8 courses ranging from easy to difficult. The highest treetop reaches 21 meters. The two red courses are particularly challenging, featuring an 8-meter-high swinging climbing wall, a Tarzan jump, and a skateboard element. You’ll feel like you’re flying on the flying fox course, gliding across the mountain lake. Safety harnesses, helmets, and an introduction by trained guides are provided on site.
And don’t worry – if you lose your nerve at any point, you can easily exit after each difficulty level.
Kids & Family
For young climbers from 3 years old and at least 1 meter tall, there is a specially designed children’s course.
For all children and teenagers from 1.10 meters in height, the yellow and green courses are suitable. If climbing isn’t your thing, you can relax at the playground with a sandpit and watch your family climb.
Important
Entry to the Hornpark area is free, but for safety reasons access is only allowed with a helmet (available to rent on site).
