It is not at all uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the booked vacation has to be cancelled or prematurely terminated.

The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply: Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge. 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price, 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%, in case of cancellation within the last week before arrival 90%, in case of early departure 100%.

We would like to save you these costs and the trouble! As a special service we offer you the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance (incl. helicopter accommodation costs) with “Europäische Reiserversicherung”, which we will gladly take out for you if you transfer the premium with the deposit free of charge. The insurance for your booking will be calculated by us according to the table and communicated to you.

As we have to learn again and again that limits on EC- and credit cards are not known to the user, we recommend to pay the remaining amount of the travel price until 1 week before arrival by bank transfer to the above mentioned account. Beverages and additional services can be paid with EC-card, VISA or Mastercard on site. Please check the limits of your EC- and credit cards before you start your vacation, so that you are protected from unpleasant surprises when paying!
