Booking & Arrival
• Room numbers and floor levels cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
• Check-in is from about 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
• Check-out is by 10:30 am on the day of departure.
• If you will arrive late and cannot make dinner by 7:00 pm, please let us know in advance.
Culinary Services
Our indulgence half-board starts with afternoon cake on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Local Tax & Parking
• Local tax (tourist tax) is not included in the board price.
• Hotel parking is available free of charge for our guests.
Pets
Dogs are welcome in selected room categories and apartments. We charge per day EUR 20,00 without food.
Pet Policy
The pet owner is obliged to properly supervise and control their animal at all times during their stay, or to ensure suitable third-party supervision at their own expense.
Guests who bring a dog must have valid pet liability insurance or private liability insurance that also covers any damage caused by the animal. Proof of such insurance must be provided upon request by the accommodation provider.
The pet owner and the insurance provider are jointly and severally liable to the accommodation provider for any damage caused by brought-along animals. This liability also includes compensation for any expenses the hotel must cover towards third parties as a result of such damage.

Our Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask you to review our cancellation conditions carefully before making your booking. Cancellation must be made in writing (e.g., by email). Unless otherwise agreed, the following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation or rebooking
From 60 to 30 days before arrival: 40 % of the total booking price
From 30 to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the total booking price
Within the last week before arrival: 90 % of the total booking price
On the day of arrival or in the event of no-show: 100 % of the total booking price
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the non-consumed but booked days will be charged in full.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We recommend travel cancellation insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your travel plans.
Not infrequently, things turn out differently than expected and the booked holiday has to be cancelled or cut short. We would like to help spare you the costs and frustration this can cause! That’s why we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance, especially cancellation protection, to cover unexpected events such as illness, accident or other unforeseen circumstances that could result in cancellation fees
