Right of Withdrawal in Our Voucher Shop
Withdrawal Instructions
You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason, provided that the purchased voucher(s) have not yet been redeemed at our hotel.
The voucher becomes valid only after receipt of payment and confirmation by email from our side. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a person authorised by you, receive(s) the paid voucher either online or in person.
Cash redemption of the voucher is not possible. In general, purchased value vouchers are valid for 30 years.
Please note: In case of loss, no replacement can be issued. The voucher is transferable and may be redeemed by the person who presents and carries the original voucher. Redemption is only possible upon presentation of the original voucher.
Partial redemption of the voucher is possible. Any remaining balance will be transferred to a new voucher, except where the remaining value is below €10. In this case, the remaining amount can either be issued as a new voucher or paid out in cash upon request. Bank transfers are not possible, as the original voucher must be presented on site.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal by email before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this voucher purchase, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
